2.1 You must operate a valid Shopify store and have the authority to bind the store owner to these Terms. By installing the App, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2.2 The App is accessed through your Shopify admin panel using Shopify's OAuth 2.0 authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
2.3 You may only install one instance of the App per Shopify store. Each store is treated as a separate tenant with isolated data.
The App provides the following functionality, subject to the limits of your selected Plan:
Plan features, pricing, and limits are subject to change. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
All billing is processed exclusively through Shopify's built-in billing system. By subscribing to a paid Plan, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable recurring fee to your Shopify account on a 30-day billing cycle.
You may upgrade or downgrade your Plan at any time through the App's pricing page. When upgrading, the new Plan takes effect immediately upon approval through Shopify's billing flow. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If your existing usage exceeds the limits of a lower Plan, you may be required to reduce your configurators, fields, or other resources before the downgrade can be completed.
The Free Plan does not require a paid subscription and is available indefinitely. Feature limits associated with the Free Plan are enforced automatically by the App.
5.1 You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of creating and managing product configurators for your Shopify store.
5.2 You must not:
